Parent accounts are responsible for the activity of all sub-users under their team ID.
Any increases to your daily screening quota are valid for that specific day only. Seat allocations (e.g., for Agency plans) are valid for the current billing month only. All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, you cannot receive a refund, and you cannot reduce or cancel your seat allocation for the current paid billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in data misuse.
